Tender Heart Learning Center was established in 1992 by local Annville-Cleona residents, where it began with them seeing a need for a quality based childcare center in the area. Tender Heart was founded with the understanding that family comes first!
We strive to provide a caring and nurturing place for the children of Lebanon County and surrounding areas. Family, combined with a nurturing environment, is Tender Heart's number one concern. The Mission is simple: to provide the necessary tools for children so they can mature into productive members of society and to give the parent peace of mind.
